Walk from this Arizona AZ Rental Cabin to see live Bison herd and explore western themed Bisontown (shopping, museum, restaurant/saloon, horse rentals, etc.) . Bring your ATVs. Activities include, hiking, biking, fishing in private catch release pond, tennis, basketball, volleyball, playground,or just sitting on covered front porch or full length covered back porch watching wildlife or pine trees grow. Our rental cabin has 2 wildlife feeding stations with feed provided.
Accommodations include full satellite TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo. A large selection of family videos and games. Phone is available for local calls or calling card access. Enjoy comfortable leather furniture, rock faced fireplace, vaulted aspen ceiling and lodge pole furniture. Linens and towels are provided. The fully furnished kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances. Washer/Dryer in the cabin. Full length back porch is ready for your outdoor cooking on propane barbecue grill.
Bison Ranch property abuts Apache Sitgreaves National Forest running along Mogollon Rim. Rim lakes are within easy reach. Sunrise Ski Area is approximately an hour drive for winter visitors. Cross country skiing is near in Forest Lakes.
The BAR S cabin is strictly NON smoking. If you smoke in this cabin, you will be charged $500 for smoke removal and cleaning. Operation of ATVs, Quads, Dirt Bikes on Bison Ranch resort property is allowed for access to and from the forest service. All tenants must abide by covenants and restrictions of Bison Ranch.
RATES - (Will beat competitor rates by at least 10% for similar cabins in Heber/Overgaard communities.)
Weekday rates Sun-Wed nightly stays are $95 per night. Weekends Thu-Sat nightly stays are $125 per night.
Weekly rate is $600. Holiday rates are $150 per night . Weekly rate is $600.
Holidays: Martin Luther King Weekend, President's Day Weekend, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, and between Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.
* Self Clean Option Available - Subtract $40 from the total stay price.
** Two night minimum stay required. Three night minimum for all holidays. (Waiverable dependent on demand) Longer term stays rate negotiable. Senior citizen and government discounts offered.
***Frequent stay incentive - any 3 nights, consecutive or not, earns a free one night for use Sun-Wed night applicable on a future non-holiday stay. (Weekly stay earns one night)
****Referral incentive - (Full Rate Stays only) $15 sent by check upon the completion of the referred customer stay or $30 credit on your next stay. Ensure they include your name as the referral and address for check mailing.
