| Accommodations for our guests at the Tahoe Cabin offer: Cozy cabin decor. Living room with a vaulted aspen ceiling and a fieldstone fireplace (artificial ceramic propane logs), the furniture throughout the cabin is comfortable and rustic. The cabin has two bedrooms and two full baths. Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. ie: full size appliances to include refrigerator, cook top burners and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. Enjoy eating at the counter looking into the kitchen or enjoy your meal at the dinning table. Inclusive satellite TV with DVD. Stacking Washer and Dryer. Comfortable covered front porch with BBQ Grill. Bonus outdoor fenced pet run. |

Holiday Weeks: Martin Luther King, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and between Christmas Eve through New Year's Day. Self Clean Option is preferred - $65 will be returned upon successful inspection of self cleaning. ** Two night minimum stay required. Three night minimum for all holidays. (Waiverable dependent on demand), Longer term stays rate negotiable. Senior citizen and government discounts offered. ***Frequent stay incentive - any 3 nights, consecutive or not, earns a free one night for use Sun-Wed night applicable on a future non-holiday stay. (Weekly stay earns one night) ****Referral incentive - (Full Rate Stays only) $15 sent by check upon the completion of the referred customer stay or $30 credit on next stay. The BAR S, Ponderosa, & Tahoe cabins at Bison Ranch are strictly NON smoking. If you smoke in this cabin, you
will be charged $500 for; smoke removal and cleaning. Operation of ATVs, Quads, Dirt Bikes on Bison Ranch
resort property (licensed) are allowed for access to and from the forest service. Trailers for ATVs must be parked
in driveways and are only allowed on property for 72 hours in any month so please inquire. All tenants must abide
by covenants and restrictions of Bison Ranch. No campfires permitted.
