| Accommodations for our guests at the Silverado Cabin offer: Cozy cabin decor. Living room with a vaulted aspen ceiling and a fieldstone remote controlled fireplace (artificial ceramic propane logs), the leather furniture throughout the cabin is comfortable and rustic. The cabin has two bedrooms, two full baths and a loft. Queen bed in the master and Queen bed in the guest room. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. ie: full size stainless steel appliances to include refrigerator, cook top burners and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. Inclusive satellite TV with DVD on the bedroom 2nd TV. Stacking Washer and Dryer. Comfortable covered front porch with BBQ Grill. |

Self Clean Option is preferred - $65 will be returned upon successful inspection of self cleaning. ** Two night minimum stay required. Three night minimum for all holidays. (Waiverable dependent on demand), Longer term stays rate negotiable. Senior citizen and government discounts offered. ***Frequent stay incentive - any 3 nights, consecutive or not, earns a free one night for use Sun-Wed night applicable on a future non-holiday stay. (Weekly stay earns one night) ****Referral incentive - (Full Rate Stays only) $15 sent by check upon the completion of the referred customer stay or $30 credit on next stay. Ensure they include your name as the referral and address for check mailing. |

The Silverado cabin is strictly NON smoking. If you smoke in this cabin, you will be charged $500 for; smoke
removal and cleaning. Operation of ATVs, Quads, Dirt Bikes (all licensed) are allowed for access to and from the
forest service. Trailers for ATVs must be parked in driveways and are only allowed on property for 72 hours in any
month so please inquire. No campfires permitted.
