| Accommodations for our guests at the Ponderosa Cabin offer: Living room with a vaulted aspen ceiling and a fieldstone fireplace, the furniture throughout the cabin is comfortable and rustic. The cabin has two bedrooms and two full baths. Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. ie: full size appliances to include refrigerator, cook top burners and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. Enjoy eating at the counter looking into the kitchen or enjoy your meal at the dinning table. Inclusive satellite tv. The washer machine and dryer are located in a room off of the kitchen area, after a day of hiking or skiing you'll be happy to have this room at your finger tips! Covered front porch and private full length covered back porch for watching the pine trees grow. |

| The BAR S, Ponderosa & Tahoe cabins at Bison Ranch are strictly NON smoking. If you smoke in these cabins, you will be charged $500 for smoke removal and cleaning. Operation of ATVs, Quads, Dirt Bikes on Bison Ranch resort property (licensed) is allowed for access to and from the forest service. Trailers for ATVs must be parked in driveways and are only allowed on property for 72 hours in any month so please inquire. All tenants must abide by covenants and restrictions of Bison Ranch. No campfires permitted. |
